Dr. Ashoka Bhat and his PhD student Dr. Yimian Du received the third prize paper award at The 2014 International Power Electronics Conference, IPEC-Hiroshima 2014-ECCE-Asia (sponsored by IEEE IAS and IEE of Japan held in May 18-21, 2014 for their paper "Analysis and design of a high-frequency isolated dual-tank LCL resonant ac-dc converter". They received the award certificates at the conference's banquet on May 20, 2014 in Hiroshima, Japan.
